How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile → Delete my account. This permanently deletes your account and all your data.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Begin Well. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

A food's calories look wrong

Food information comes from public databases and typical recipes, so it can vary. You can create your own version of a food (Add Food → Create food) with the details from the label. If you think something in our checked foods is wrong, email us.

Is Begin Well medical advice?

No. Begin Well is a general wellness app. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are thinking about fasting or a new exercise routine, please speak to a doctor or qualified health professional first.
